FIND AN ENDURO CLUB IN SCOTLAND
Clubs are the practical route into Scottish Enduro and Hare & Hounds. Use this page to find the current SACU-listed clubs, understand who to contact and work out your next step before entering an event.
Which club should I join?
Start with a club that runs the kind of Enduro or Hare & Hounds events you want to ride. You do not have to choose purely by postcode — event format, location and beginner support matter more.
HOW TO CHOOSE →Scottish Enduro & Hare & Hounds clubs
The SACU currently lists the following clubs as supporting Enduro or Hare & Hounds activity in Scotland. Club activity and contacts can change, so use the official SACU link before travelling or joining.
Bon Accord Motorcycle Club
Dirtbike Evolution
East Lothian Road and Trail
Ecosse XC
Elgin Endurance Club
Fort William Extreme Enduro Club
Highland Enduro Club
Kingdom Off Road Motorcycle Club
Ride MCC
Scottish Borders Enduro Club
Ask what they actually run
Before joining, check whether the club runs the format you want: traditional Timecard Enduro, Hare & Hounds, practice days, youth activity or beginner-friendly events.
- Which events are suitable for a first-time rider?
- Do I need club membership before entering?
- Which licence or one-event arrangements apply?
- Which class should I enter?
- Can I watch, marshal or help before racing?
What should you tell the club?
Keep the first message simple. Tell them your age, riding experience, what bike you have — if any — and whether you are looking for training, a first event or general club riding.
You do not need to understand every regulation before making contact. The club can point you towards the correct event information and current requirements.

Once you know which club or event suits you, use BRAAP's beginner guides to work out the bike, kit, costs and paddock routine before you enter.
Always check the organiser or SACU before travelling
Club activity, event dates, licence arrangements and regulations can change. BRAAP is here to make the sport easier to understand, but the current organiser and SACU information should be your final check before entering or travelling.
